Helmuth Zimmermann is founder and CEO of 4USource AG, an award-winning sourcing advisory and benchmarking firm changing the way companies buy and manage IT-services. Over the last 25 years, Helmuth has been on the leading edge of technology innovation from an early career as a Vice President Sales with EDS and to become the founder and Chairman TSG the sourcing group and of 4USource,  the Sourcing- and Service Life Cycle Company. Helmuth holds a degree in Engineering (University of Zürich for Applied Science ) and Post Graduated in Economics, (BWI Zuerich)

A. Ramji
Al-Noor Ramji is Board Member of 4USource, responsible for corporate strategy development and execution. Mr. Ramji has held a number of senior executive positions at global companies leading technology transformation. Previous to 4USource, he was the EVP and GM at Misys Banking, CIO and CTO of BT Group plc as well as CIO and Chief e-commerce Officer at Qwest Communications. Mr. Ramji has also served as CIO at UBS (then called SBC) and Dresdner Bank, and Global Head of Operations at Credit Suisse First Boston. Mr. Ramji is currently on the board of directors at iSoftStone, Virtusa, Virtual Clarity and Apigee. He has won the CIO 100 Award, CIO Insight IT Leader of the Year 2009 and the British Computer Society CIO of the Year. Mr. Ramji is a CFA and holds a BSc in Electronics from the University of London. Matthias Schaad, Software Development

Matthias is the CTO of 4USource and has more then 25 years of business experience, including 20 years of experience in professional services, IT outsourcing and business process outsourcing. Matthias has worked with hundreds of organizations in a variety of industries and countries. He has been directly involved in over $5 billion in sourcing transactions. 
Matthias has also led the complete ITO design, negotiations and transition for a major Telco Provider in a transaction. While at EDS, he was responsible for pre-sales and global corporate must win services deals. 

Matthias received numerous achievement-based awards at EDS during his pre-sales and sales leadership tenure including annual qualification in the company’s Inner Circle Recognition Event for sales achievements. Matthias’s key areas of expertise are IT outsourcing strategy & implementation, service engineering, and service creation & design. After EDS he joined 4USource AG as Chief Technology Officer and developed the leading edge Service Life Cycle Platform, which is suited for professional service providers and large multinational companies. He has also led large implementation for one of the leading European Financial Services Company. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering, (University of Zürich for Applied Science)

Pascal Schirato, Ph.D., Service Analytics

Pascal Schirato has been active for 30 years as an advisor, provider and buyer of outsourcing services. Pascal is an acknowledged thought-leader in every aspect of operational governance. Pascal’s depth of expertise represents a unique blend of ITO and BPO insights giving him a highly unique strategic perspective on outsourcing effectiveness across multiple functions.

 Pascal has demonstrated his unique experience as part of the IMB Global SWOT Team for strategic outsourcing bits. As part of the 4USource AG management and start-up team, Pascal significantly contributed to the team achieving growth and being named as one of the fastest growing private companies. 

Having personally led and supervised sourcing transactions valued $800m for IT Apps & Infrastructure and $450m for infrastructure for pharmaceutical & financial services clients. Pascal also directed Mercer’s sourcing transition management practice leveraging his sourcing expertise to negotiate ITC contracts totaling over $3B. As a leader of IBM’s ITO services practice Pascal provided solutions expertise for ADM, SDLC and IT infrastructure contracts as a transition executive and ITIL SME. Pascal has held senior management positions, including a high-growth consulting company (KPMG). He is continually in demand to speak at outsourcing leadership conferences and has published several articles in IT magazine. 

Pascal is active in several organizations including serving as the Circle 10 Committee Chairman for the Boy Scouts of America, member of the Brigham Young University Management Society and member of the University of Utah Public Administration Society. Pascal holds several certifications as a Strategy Consultant, e-Business Strategist, Six Sigma and ITILv3.

Markus Loretz, Service Engineering


Markus Loretz
Markus Loretz has over 30 years of business experience including a number of executive leadership roles in the outsourcing services industry and a deep management consulting career driving strategic transformations. Prior to 4USource AG, Markus served as Managing Director of the Financial Services Business at Perot Systems where he led the strategic expansion of the business unit beyond its traditional ITO and banking focus into Insurance BPO services. Previously, Markus was CEO of a venture-backed procurement technology and BPO company. 

Markus’s consulting leadership roles include Partner at CSC Index where he led complex strategic, operational and technology transformation programs for Fortune 500 clients in multiple industries including financial services, telecommunications services and equipment, CPG, Healthcare and more. As a Partner at 4USource AG, Markus led strategy development and business planning for clients’ new technology ventures. Markus began his career as a System Engineer at McDonell Douglas (a Boeing company). 

At 4USource AG Markus has led some of the firm’s most complex, multi-tower, ITO and BPO Service Life Cycle engagements with a particular focus on implementing of Service Catalogue Programs. Markus also led the development of 4USource AG’s Service Life Cycle Toolkit, as well as 4USource AG’s Hybrid Cloud assessment methodologies.

Marek Grzegorzewski, Sales Director EMEA, 4USource AG


Marek Grzegorzewski
Marek is an experienced business leader, sales executive and management consultant with deep organizational, change management, business development and financial services expertise. He can show a long list of substantial achievements in the Finance, Healthcare/ Pharmaceutical and ICT Industries.
Marek has successfully worked as both a management consultant (PWC) and as a senior business executive responsible for profitable revenue generation (HP / Unisys / CSC). As an entrepreneur, he founded and successfully operated a pan-European business consulting group offering strategic consulting, business change management and ICT services.
Marek has a track record of solving problems, developing innovative business strategies and successfully implementing business plans. He places particular emphasis on addressing human, process and systems issues that are essential for long term success.

Oliver is head of platform development with more than 10 years in dedicated experience in database, IT-Technology platforms and architecture designs. Oliver worked in service operation for several years for the leading Swiss Telco Provider. Within 4USource he drives the entire platform development with leading edge software technology

Jeroen Tas, Advisory Board (CIO Philips Group)


Jeroen Tas
Jeroen Tas has over 30 years of global experience as an entrepreneur and senior executive in the financial services, healthcare and information technology industries. Currently he is the CEO of the Philips Healthcare informatics solutions & services business group. Previously he was the Group Chief Information Officer of Royal Philips, leading IT worldwide. Jeroen and his team have evolved IT to become a fundamental enabler of growth for Philips as a real-time, connected company.

He co-founded and served as President, COO and vice-chairman of the Board for Mphasis, an IT and Business Processing Outsourcing company with revenues of $1+ billion, which was acquired by EDS (an HP company) in 2006. From 2007 to 2008 he was Vice President and General Manager at EDS, responsible for the global competency centers. Prior to Mphasis, Jeroen was the head of Transaction Technology, Inc. (Citigroup’s tech lab), a pioneer in internet banking, mobile banking and advanced self service devices. Earlier in his career, he held international marketing and project management roles with Digital Equipment and Philips in the USA, Europe and Asia.

Jeroen is the 2004 winner of the E&Y Entrepreneur of the Year Award in the Information technology category for the New York region. He is also the NASSCOM Global CIO Award and the Dutch CIO of the year 2013 and European CIO 2014 recipient. He is a native of the Netherlands and holds a Master’s Degree in computer science and business administration from the Free University of Amsterdam.

Ramon Demelbauer, Advisory Board (VP at Microsoft EMEA)



Ramon Demelbauer
In his role as advisor for 4USource he is focusing on commoditized ICT services for SME, which can be delivered through Hybrid Cloud sourcing.
Ramon Demelbauers role as VP Enterprise Services EMEA at Microsoft was full P&L responsibility for the services business in EMEA. Over the last eight years, he has built a high performing services business spanning over 100 countries and 70 sales locations that delivers with its 3800 professionals revenue and contribution margin growth considerably in excess of the market average. 

In his earlier career at PWC, he acted as Managing Partner EMEA for Technology Solutions. He intensely grew the SAP Practice from a small group of local advisors to an international team of 1’500 highly skilled consultants over a two year period. He furthermore was building the Technology Solutions business to account for 65% of the overall EMEA revenue. 

His career was started in information technology and Services in EDS in 1988. He has progressed through successive management positions ending in his appointments as Director Operations for EDS Switzerland and Director of Strategic initiatives EMEA.

Thomas Schnadt, Advisory Board (former Head Procurement Officer UBS)


Thomas Schnadt
Thomas Schnadt was born and raised in Freiburg, Germany.
His university education started at the TU Munich in mechanical engineering, followed by a masters degree in political economy at the Ludwigs Maximilian University of Freiburg.
His professional career started at ABB Switzerland in the Power Generation business, where he held positions in Human Resources (3 y), Total Quality Management (1 y), and Global Supply Management (5 y) for Fossil Steam Power Plants. After his time at ABB, Thomas Schnadt built the Global Supply Group with one dozen local supply units around the globe for Bühler – a solution provider for food technology. In addition, he supervised the company’s production sites in Mexico and the USA.
In 2002, Thomas joined Credit Suisse in Zurich, where he headed all Supply Management and Market Information activities for Credit Suisse on a global level. He reported directly to the Executive Board.
In spring 2009, Thomas was asked to join UBS AG in Zurich to centralize and lead all Supply Management and Cost Management activities on a group level. He reported to the Group Executive Board and is a Group Managing Director. In the context of UBS’s industrialization strategy, Thomas initiated and led a two-year project that resulted in the successful spin-off of UBS’s strategic, tactical and operational procurement services. Chain IQ is a newly-created & independent purchasing company. Thomas was in the leading role involved in creating the business case, defining the operating model, attracting investors, conducting contract negotiations and implementing the above in Chain IQ. Currently Thomas is talking with potential consortia partners and clients; several letters of intent have been signed with a promising deal pipeline in site.
